I have the go ahead to start working out again!!! Tomorrow morning is going to be great! I am so excited.
What is my plan you ask??
Everyday I will do kettle bells and belly dancing. Except Sundays.
Then a few days a week I will add in an hour on the Elliptical eventually doing at least 30 minutes a day on it.
Baby steps in a way but I really want to jump back into it. My body is craving a great sweat and work out!
