day two

So day do done and it feels great! I am so excited to get into shape.  I have 39 lbs to go before I hit my goal.  I know it is a LOT of weight but  I know I can do it.  I did 5 lbs in the last 5 weeks without working out, just eating right.  I am so excited to see what I can do with working out and eating right!!!

GIVEN THE GO AHEAD!!

I have the go ahead to start working out again!!! Tomorrow morning is going to be great! I am so excited.

What is my plan you ask??

Everyday I will do kettle bells and belly dancing.  Except Sundays.
Then a few days a week I will add in an hour on the Elliptical eventually doing at least 30 minutes a day on it. 
Baby steps in a way but I really want to jump back into it.  My body is craving a great sweat and work out!

Health Road Blocks!



So it sounds like a girls dream to be told "Do not exercise" but I am here to tell you its not!!! 
I am not going to be posting anymore weight loss this month and I am craving a good run on my elliptical and some belly dancing! ahhh.....Hopefully by the 1st I will be given the go ahead  again!!!!!

FISH OIL

Yes I really said it! Fish Oil! It is amazing for you and doesn't have to taste like fish! Believe me I was very afraid at first myself.

I know it works, I have seen it work with others and now Kevin and I are doing it ourselves! It is a wonderful thing and even easy to swallow, I have horrible gag reflex and I can swallow a tsp of this each day. So can you!

Quick Sugestion!

 So my very first post in two months is going to consist of insisting that you read every article on this fabulous woman's site. Yes, that woman is my Mom! She has some amazing information for all of us trying to loose weight, feel good, be healthy, happy, and full of positive energy. Please take the time to read her posts. I would start with the one on Adrenals as well as her post about Carbs. These are two very helpful things i have recently learned and plan to really give this weight loss issue a swift kick in the rear next month!

Thanksgiving

So as the Holiday arrives i have some advice, PORTIONS PORTIONS PORTIONS! This is so important for us to realize, we need to not over eat! We all love being around family and when we are we tend snack all day long.  We tend to eat more than we ever need to.  We regret it afterwards so lets beat it before we even get started. This Holiday season i am bringing my own dessert to dinner Blueberry pie with stevia instead of sugar, and a yummy sugar free pumpkin pie! I will not punish myself and not eat, i will just choose better options even on this day! I am heading up to the parents tomorrow and will be trying to influence as much sugar free items at dinner so that i may be able to eat the whole meal! I have not been working out, lately i have been getting to bed so late that i can not bring myself to get up early and do so.  I will continue to try and start this habit and in Jan it is my new years goal. My school schedule will allow it much more next semester and i hope to get into the habit and commit myself to taking care of myself in every way.  So one good thing to do is PORTION control this week! we can do it together!
